Austin's Space Adventures

I wrote in a previous blog item that Blake had won a Young Author award for a book he wrote. There were only 4 kids out of his entire school that got picked. Three got picked to represent the County (Blake and two others) and one child moved on to the state competition. Here's Blake reading his award-winning book. It's in two takes.

Your Dad is correct. That is an awesome book. You did a great job.

Was that Drew in the background doing the "celestial soundtrack" for inhancement? That was great also.

I will be back to listen to it again when your cousins Gibsen and Gennacy come over to play.

That was indeed Drew providing the soundtrack. I'm pretty sure that's the sound the ice monster from Pluto would make. I guess we should have given him an audio credit!
